From idea to the App Store in one quarter

A quarter is enough time to ship a real app — if you spend the first two weeks deciding what not to build. Scope is the whole game.
One loop, done well
Every successful launch we have shipped started as a single core loop polished until it felt inevitable. Everything else waited for version two. Users forgive a small app; they abandon a broken big one.
Reviews are a design problem too. Clear onboarding, a gentle prompt at the right moment, and a product that actually works added up to a 4.8-star launch.
